What if you knew, with every breath you took, that you were loved?
How would your life be changed?
Those are the questions that Quantum Connection Mentor Laurie Seymour poses daily, not only to herself but also to her clients during the Quantum Connection Process, which helps conscious business owners and visionary leaders connect and align with their inner guidance from Source, resulting in exceptional personal and professional growth. That question didn’t come to her immediately but resulted from her personal journey of coming to know herself and her place in the world on a deeper level.
Over twenty-five years ago, Laurie received the stewardship of a special, energetic technology that activates our inner connection with Source, raising our vibration (which changes everything) and giving us the ability to create through our connection with the infinite quantum field of potential.
That stewardship is a teaching referred to as Turaya by her mentor and friend, Dawn Taylor. It has been nothing less than life-changing for Laurie and her clients. When she first met Dawn, Laurie, who holds a master’s degree in humanistic psychology, was practicing and teaching in the transformational world, but she knew she had been led to something different, something far more alchemizing.
“What I experienced being with Dawn opened me up in the places where I was still closed; I felt like there was a missing piece in me. My energetic experiences with her completely changed that. It had to do with my own inner connection and that feeling of self-love,” explains Laurie.
Laurie’s early training and practice as a psychotherapist developed her understanding of human design: how people are wired, how they think, and how they operate. Yet, she knew there was a world of untapped potential and possibility that she’d yet to understand.
“The work that Dawn shared with me was far more than what training, expertise, and knowledge alone give you. I felt it alive in me, and I saw it being revealed repeatedly in my clients,” she explains.
Tapping Into Unexpected Solutions
As is often the case, life also presented Laurie with an opportunity to explore how to tap into “unexpected solutions,” experience she amassed during her twelve years as a Solutions Engineer in the telecommunications industry, working with Fortune 100 companies like Google, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, LinkedIn, the US Navy, and the US Marine Corps.
“My role in that field developed my knowing that unexpected solutions are available and honed my ability to bring into being things that had not previously existed,” she shares. “At the same time, my energy training and experience showed me that a vision is often far bigger than we expect. This helped me tap into the profound potential I had always known was available.”
In 2011, Laurie founded The Baca Institute, honoring the twenty-five years of inner research she and a small group of intrepid explorers had conducted in exploring human potential through the activation of new energy systems. As a Turaya Grand Master, she possesses the energetic technology within herself to activate this direct connection for others, enabling them to develop and trust their inner guidance, which is key. She’s not espousing that she has all the answers for us, but she does know that we can access our own wisdom, no dogma required. She teaches the “how to” while at the same time activating this connection already present within.
Inner Guidance & Quantum Leaps
Laurie’s inner exploration and research in quantum physics led to what she refers to as “quantum leaps.” She also fostered a way of living in alignment with Creative Intelligence, opening a channel of direct access to Source.
“My work has been to show people how to refine their inner guidance, how to make it so dependable that while they might still question it, they’re willing to open to a deeper level of their inner wisdom,” she explains.
She believes this is not an act of developing something new, but of remembering the truth of who we are – our original blessing – a concept she explores in her book, Unconditional Remembrance: Your Connection to Source. Here she guides us to rediscover our innate strength, co-creative power, and inner guidance, awakening the timeless truth of our connection to the Universe.
Additionally, she urges us to open to living a life filled with unconditional love. She affirms that once we remember our original connection to love and to our Source, we can live more creative, meaningful, abundant lives – in other words, we’ll thrive.
“The original blessing is the breath of God. It is the moment when your soul enlivens the physical body so that you can relish the experience of physical life. There is no separation from yourself. Love IS,” she shares.
However, she cautions that most turn away from love, primarily through thoughts of being unloved or unlovable. This then sends us on a search for healing. “People roll through modalities and practitioners, looking for magic,” she warns. “They look for the partner who will provide this, even making someone fit into the picture of who they think will fulfill them.”
Remembering Is Key
Rather than looking to be fixed, Laurie believes the solution is as simple as remembering our original connection, which she says can be felt within our bodies and fills us with light.
“This remembrance of our original connection lets us know that we need no intercessor, someone to be the interpreter or arbiter of this experience. Whole religions sprang up from the notion that someone stood between us and God,” she adds. “But this isn’t true. We need simply to do our own inner research and remember.”
Like many creative projects that take time to manifest, the seed for her book was planted many years ago when she was first introduced to Joseph Campbell’s The Hero’s Journey. “Many life experiences coalesced to germinate that seed, and then, in the years after my teacher’s passing, the inner direction came that this book would help people remember who they are and their connection to Source. It is a stepping beyond the illusion of separation,” she clarifies.
“For as long as I can remember, I have been profoundly disturbed by separation – by judgment about race, religion, beliefs, nationality. When we remember who we are, that has the potential to erase the divisiveness we see today,” she adds.
To facilitate our remembering, she hosts group Turaya Meditation sessions twice weekly, a membership service available for a nominal fee. These meditations not only serve as an introduction to Laurie’s work but also allow participants to develop a deeper relationship with their inner guidance and with Source. These sessions are part of her proprietary Quantum Connection Process, which also includes the Inner Guidance Mastery Blueprint and Inspiration into Action. Many entrepreneurs, visionaries, and small business owners have participated in the program, receiving benefits on a personal and professional level.

“Every aspect of life contains all of life, so that connection is all interwoven. What happens right here is in some way impacting and relating to something that’s happening on the other side of the world. So, the understanding of one’s own way of connecting with the Universe is a way to see how you relate to the world in your own natural style,” she explains, acknowledging that many of us have been taught how we “should be” in our lives.
The “Quantum Connection” consists of four basic styles: the Creative Dreamer, the Pioneer, the Bridge Builder, and the Maker. The program helps entrepreneurs build a program, business, and life that expresses their divine blueprint, celebrates their creative intelligence and genius, and gives them the financial flow they deserve with the time, health, and well-being to enjoy it.
She also teaches Turaya Touch, offers individual Turaya Touch sessions, and hosts workshops around the world. In 2024, she teamed up with Yvonne Dam, CEO of Amaze Yourself, for The Moreness Retreat in Barcelona, Spain, where they led participants in expanding their capacity to attract and receive more in their lives; to activate clarity, joy, and aligned action.

Laurie is the host of Wisdom Talk Radio, which she co-founded in 2016 with five other women. Laurie hopes that Unconditional Remembrance is an invitation for us to turn away from self-doubt, which is the denial of love, acknowledging that the best ideas in the world fall apart under the crippling glare of our own self-doubt.
“Our journey in life is the conscious remembrance of our original connection. Everything comes from here and proceeds from here. It lives moment to moment. When you remember, all is well. Life flows. You feel aligned and held within love.”
Laurie is currently traveling the world, hosting small gatherings of people in private homes, which she calls Salons of Life, facilitating a direct experience of their “original connection.”
